ERROR Unrecognized phrase/keyword near column 37... - Migrating VFP6 DBC

I have finally found some time to begin importing a VFP6-based project into Lianja.

I received the error "ERROR Unrecognized phrase/keyword near column 37 in c:\lianja\library\generate_dbdoc.rsp at line 332" and when I look at line 332 it is blank. I have attached a screenshot with the Call Stack tab visible.

Perhaps I have some old code? Let me know what I ought to do, either to aid you or resolve the issue.

    Thanks,

    Doug

Longshot: open the file in Notepad++ with all characters visible and take a look at that line.

Also a longshot: .rsp files compile to .rso files. So delete the .rso file and try again.

    Hi Doug,

Can you check the c:\lianja\error folder for the error.mem and error.html files created at the time of the error and zip them up and attach to a ticket (sign in and Submit a ticket).

    Thanks,

    Yvonne

    Hi Hank,

I did, and line 332 was blank. I'll try the .rso file deletion suggestion.

Candidly, this data is so bunged up I am not at all surprised.

    Thanks!

    Yvonne,

    Will do.

I just noticed that in error.html that line noted is 331, not 332. I haven't looked yet at the code, but will first chance next year. (Couldn't resist)

Not sure if this is germane but I have 254 entries in the tabs[] array, and that makes me suspicious.

I'll create the ticket and upload a ZIP file in a couple of minutes.

    Regards,

    Doug
